開學三週,我的班級拿了兩週的生活競賽的榮譽,對於這樣的肯定,我有驚喜,有疑問....我的疑問是: 我接下來的工作生涯所追求的就是做一位省事,有效率,符合主流價值的老師???這幾年的教職讓我體會到一點: 做一位眾人肯定的老師並不難,只要跟著制度走,跟著大家的價值觀走...做著跟大家一樣的事,就可以輕鬆的成為一位被肯定的老師!!!但很多老師心底的聲音是---我們有著很深的無力感與挫敗感, 為著考試而進行的教學真是荒謬至極的教學, 這樣的教學扼殺了孩子的學習熱情!!教科書無趣又呆板, 試題無聊又制式; 教學現場很少有孩子熱衷於學習....我們卻安於這樣的狀態!!! 而安親班的教育方式更令我無言以對......

版主肯反省，不想追求符合世俗的價值。殊不知，很多老師沾沾自喜於教室獎狀當壁紙貼，錦旗多到當窗簾掛呢！你沒見過嗎？你真的沒見過嗎？我服務於65班左右的大型學校，真是見多了，超級無趣的捏！

實施十二年國教一環扣一環，其中學生由「應試教育」的學習典範走向「適性學習」的學習典範，更是核心的環節，此點不能推進，十二年國教等於完全白做了。十二年國教的政策核心在教學改變，由應試教育轉向適性學習。如果實施了十二年國教，大家還是在搞應試教育，天天考考考，那就根本不必推動十二年國教了。真正的十二年國教會將升學壓力推遲到後中升大學，理論上可以還給國中正常學習的空間。這也使得補救教學成為可能。在不實施十二年國教的情況下，社會是以「升學率」來衡量一所國中的績效，升學考試的各種因應手段越來越專業，各國中只有投入心力在「考試選手」的前段學生身上，才能產出績效。花時間精神在後段學生的補救教學上頭，做得再好，升學績效產出仍為0。我們可以堅持主張：老師會一本教育良心去春風化雨，也一定可以找出一批高尚的奉獻者，不管升學率本著良心進行教學。但是決定大局的仍是系統性激勵的方向，當系統性激勵的方向往東時，少數逆流西行的人是改變不了大局的。解放出正常學習空間之後，國中有意義的學習可以增加；也提供多元適性學習的可能性，進而奠定「創造性勞動力」的形成基礎。但是教師的素質並不會因為宣布實施十二年國教而自動提升，所以解放出來的正常學習空間，未必會被老師們充分運用。建立教師專業職涯發展，終究還是必須進行的改革。

和版大不同，我的班級很少拿生活競賽的榮譽。我也曾經用這個肯定自我的價值，但是沒幾年就迷惑了。因為在畢業旅行時，一個平常自律謹嚴的孩子突然爆粗口，讓我覺得那種競賽非常表面、十分形式化，從此就棄若敝屣，可有可無了。我仍然認真教學，但是不熱衷競賽，至今從不曾有家長嫌棄整潔、秩序獎狀太少，家長只會擔心孩子課業而已。
